Originally from Washington D.C, Fletcher received her Bachelor of Science in Kineseology from Longwood University in 2020 and her Masters of Science in Athletic Training in 2024. She has previous experience with Lynchburg's Volleyball and Women's Basketball teams, Heritage High School, Jefferson Forest High School, Liberty Club Sports at Liberty University and completed an immersion with Hampden-Sydney College Lacrosse and Spring Football. 

Fletcher is a member of the National Athletic Training Association as well as the Virginia Athletic Training Association. In addition, she is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
