Coach Kurt Huff is from Camden, New Jersey. He attended Big Picture Learning Academy, and played sports for Camden Highschool. Coming out of highschool Kurtis Huff  was all-conference, all-region, and all-state at the offensive line position which led him to receiving FCS offers. He decided to grow and develop in the game of football at  D-1 Tennessee Tech University.

 
At Tennessee Tech University, he accomplished to start in 47 games for the Golden Eagles, where he helped the Golden Eagles to one of the top turnarounds in the subdivision nationally in 2019, and offensively marking the second-highest total in program history for a single season in offensive yardage produced. Kurt Huff received 2nd-Team All-OVC(2021), 3rd-Team Phil-Steele(2021),Team Captain(2021) during his four year career at TTU. After College, he attended his pro day, and played in the IFL/XFL for a short stint with the Iowa Barnstormers where he gave up zero sacks or pressures in 5 games started before injury.
 

Kurt Huff began his coaching career at North Stafford Highschool under former NFL Player Marquez Hall. There he was the offensive line coach and run game coordinator. He helped the Panthers improve in every offense category in 2022. While there he help mold and develop two scholarship players who were all- conference & all-region players as well. Grant Egan(Fairmount State) & Zach Jones(St.Francis D-1). Recently he just finished a stint with Potomac Highschool as there Defensive Line Coach & Run Game Coordinator, the Panthers had double digit sacks and tackle for loses on the season.
