Coach Wilson enters his first season as a collegiate coach after spending some time with his alma mater in Dallas, Texas, holding titles such as Assistant Athletic Director, Strength and Conditioning Coach, while coaching the Offensive Line. He has helped four of his players reach All-State recommendations. Before coaching, Ish redshirted at Texas A&M in 2013 as a four-star All-American recruit. He transferred to Baylor in 2014, winning the Big 12 conference championship. With the Bears, he has a four-year letterman finishing with one of the highest pass block efficiency in school history at 99.8 %, earning pre-All Big 12 qualifications.
